So what’s known about this guy Mullen?
Posted 08 Jun 2007 at 1:37 pm ¶Peter Pace was the first Marine to hold the Chairmanship of the Joint Chiefs of Staff – the Corps will surely not be pleased that a sailor is replacing General Pace.
Mullen’s official short bio is here and his long bio is here (PDF).
As an aside – it may or may not be worth noting that as of 1:45 PM EDT, Matt “Breaking News” Drudge is still leading with “JUDGE ORDERS PARIS TO COURT.” Moreover, there’s nary a mention of the replacement of Pace with Mullen.
